Author: Today we want to introduce you to a wonderful form of catering we have come across, it is called קייטרינג חלבי (the name is derived from the Jewish culture) and it is the best way to celebrate your event in a kosher or vegetarian manner. In the kosher there is no mixture of dairy and meat products and therefore many vegetarian people can enjoy this dairy cuisine.
The menu of dairy caterers in most cases contains a wide variety of salads such as, Caesar salad, cherry tomatoes salad, green leaf salad and egg salads, other than that the menu contains a selection of pastas and pizzas such as, greek pizza, pizza napolitana and vegetarian pizza.
The most wonderful part about this sort of קייטרינג is the dessert. The options are countless, cheese cakes, apple pies, chocolate cakes, ice cream cones, fruit salads and lots of other great options. The desserts are the highlight of the event and will definitely leave a fabulous impression on your guests as they will leave your event and go home with a smile.
Like everything I life, quality has its price, and good dairy catering services are not so easy to find, and you must know that quality catering services will probably be pricy.
